I like to think work should be a pleasure, and as my own boss I have no excuse. I adhere to five key principles with all of my work, and if these are important to you then we should get along:

1. Reliability. I will do what I commit to, and do it to time - guaranteed.
2. Fun. I enjoy working with and meeting new people, and will contribute to a positive and fun environment.
3. Warmth. I deliver all my work with a smile, at no extra cost.
4. Flexibility. I never lose sight of the fact that you are the client, and it is your satisfaction that determines the success of the project.
5. Integrity. Working with multiple clients, it is absolutely critical to maintain confidentiality and at the same time be transparent in my dealings with you
